Avanafil 100mg Tablet is used to treat erectile dysfunction in men. It increases blood flow to the penis to help men get an erection. It works by helping to relax the blood vessels in your penis, allowing the blood to flow into your penis when you get sexually excited.

What if you forget to take Avanafil Tablet?

Interaction with drugs
Taking Avanafil with any of the following medicines can modify the effect of either of them and cause some undesirable side effects
Nitroprusside (Injection Route) Life-threatening
Do not consume Nitroprusside with Avanafil. Concomitant use may cause a serious drop in blood pressure.
Vericiguat (Oral Route) Severe
Do not consume Vericiguat with Avanafil.
Riociguat (Oral Route) Severe
Do not consume Riociguat with Avanafil. Concurrent use may cause low blood pressure.
Mifepristone (Oral Route) Moderate
Do not consume Mifepristone with Avanafil. If concurrent use is essential, watch out for symptoms such as weight gain, dizziness, headache, increased heart rate or flushing and con
Efavirenz (Oral Route) Moderate
Talk to your doctor if you notice any unusual symptoms. Efavirenz may reduce blood levels of Avanafil.
